Bee Policies

Payment must be made in full by bank transfer at least 30 minutes before your scheduled driving lesson. Alternatively, payment can be made in cash at the start of the lesson. Discounted lesson packages must be paid in full before the start of the first lesson to qualify for the discounted price. If full payment is not received before the first lesson, the standard lesson rate will apply. Bank details will be provided once your booking has been confirmed.

I understand that plans can change, and I'll always try to be flexible. However, short-notice cancellations can result in lost lesson time. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance and provide a valid reason. If less notice is given, the full lesson fee will still be charged.
If lessons are cancelled frequently or there is a lack of commitment, I reserve the right to end tuition and cancel any future bookings.
If I ever need to cancel a lesson due to unavoidable circumstances, I'll arrange an alternative lesson at a mutually convenient time
