**Driving Lesson Payment**

All payments must be made in full via bank transfer at least 30 minutes before the scheduled driving lesson commences. Alternatively, cash payments can be made at the start of the lesson. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of the driving lesson, and subsequent lessons may not be scheduled. Please note that unattended driving lessons are non-refundable.

**Driving Lesson Cancellation**

We understand that time is valuable, and for driving instructors, lost time directly translates to lost income. Therefore, if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, you must provide a valid reason and inform your driving instructor at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the full driving lesson fee being charged.

Furthermore, if your driving instructor perceives a lack of commitment to learning and a disregard for their time through frequent cancellations, they reserve the right to discontinue your training and cancel all future bookings.

In the event that your driving instructor cancels a driving lesson due to unavoidable circumstances, they are responsible for rescheduling the lesson at a mutually convenient time.
